These Terms and Conditions apply to the Basket: Slide & Dunk game (hereafter referred to as "Game") for mobile devices and the services provided by Clumsy Koala Games (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider").
By downloading or playing the Game, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these terms before using the Game. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or use of the Game, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and database rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
Game Use
The Service Provider aims to provide the Game as efficiently as possible and reserves the right to modify or charge for the Game at any time. Any fees will be clearly communicated.
The Game collects and processes personal data you provide to deliver the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access credentials. Jailbreaking or rooting your device (removing the official operating system restrictions) is strongly discouraged, as it may compromise your device’s security and cause the Game to malfunction.
Some Game functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by limited Wi-Fi or mobile data. Use of the Game may incur additional charges from your mobile provider, including roaming fees. If you are not the account holder of the device, it is assumed you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged. The Service Provider is not liable for service interruptions due to a depleted battery.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Game. You must accept updates to continue using the Game. The Service Provider may terminate the Game at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Game.
Third-Party Information
The Service Provider may rely on third-party information for the Game. The Service Provider is not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on this information.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Therefore, it is recommended to review this page regularly. Updates will be published on this page.
